I'm feeling funky. And not in a good way. Or a stinky way. Just in a funk. It's that time when February SAD depression sinks in. I'm a firm believer that I have it. And while our winter hasn't been horrible, it's sun I need. Outdoors. Fresh air. This sitting at a desk all day isn't cutting it. It's staying lighter out later, but I've been stuck at work. Everything and everyone irritates me. The slightest thing can set me off. Bah humbug for a Friday, eh?
Here's to hoping that a dinner date with the hubs at Piccolo Sogno tonight will help. Brunch and a Stella & Dot party tomorrow with some lovely ladies. Then it's home to visit the fam on Sunday.

I get a lot of those days which is how the end up in retail therapy. Hang in there and I think dinner with the hubs might just be what you need.
That usually leads to me drinking wine or shopping. Totally know what you mean. This too shall pass, it always does!

I have that feeling right now too. There have been a lot of tragedies in our community lately and I’m just sad. I’m just going to make the most of my weekend with friends and family and stay away from the news.
Oh, I know that feeling all too well. It's definitely the weather and this time of year. Close enough to spring to make us anxious about it, but not warm enough to do anything about it. Hopefully a fun weekend will get you out of the funk. Otherwise, I suggest shopping. That always works for me.
Oh, no, feel better! I hate the February Funk...I always try to cheer myself up by wearing bright colors!
